Unique sweet and sour combination, of Cretan extra virgin olive oil with aromatic Lemon. When we produce our olive oil, simultaneously, we press lemons from our estate together with our olives. The combination of the fruits of two completely different trees, such as, olive and lemon trees, give us an unexpected balanced result. Try it with grilled fish, seafood, chicken, cooked vegetables, desserts, cakes.

The combination of the fruits of two completely different trees, such as, olive and orange trees, give us an unexpected balanced result. It suits perfectly with salads, sweets, biscuits and pork marinades.
We make this balsamic sauce using only the grapes from our vineyard. It is unique because of the different Cretan herbs that are used in the production of the sauce. We produce our sauce in oak barrels without the use of any chemicals. The taste is sweet and sour without any sugar. It is great for cooking or on top of your favorite salad!
